Ministry Alignment Consent Form

Thank you for taking the time to complete our mandatory Ministry Alignment Verification Form. Especially in these days, it is critical that we know those whom we labor amongst. Amos 3:3 asks, “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?”

That is the purpose of this Form, to confirm we are in agreement regarding the core ministry themes of Trail Life USA that secure our unapologetic Christian stance and provide a safe environment for our members.

The familiar quote, "In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity," is often linked to St. Augustine of Hippo, John Wesley, and other theologians. Christians frequently use this quote when trying to agree on their main beliefs and how to practice them in church and society. 

So the question becomes, “What are the essentials?”

While we may be different in the practice of our faith traditions, all Charter Organizations in Trail Life USA are required to respond in the affirmative to the below questions.
