Joe Kinard COO

Joe Kinard began his career working in retail at the home offices for Walmart and then Bass Pro Shops. After 20 years in the industry, he felt the call to more eternal impact work and spent 4 years with Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs. In 2021 he joined Trail Life as the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator of EOS.

Joe grew up in Arkansas where he met his wife, Elizabeth. He has a daughter in American Heritage Girls and a son who is active in his local Trail Life Troop. Joe is using his business background and love for the outdoors to work alongside the staff and 1000’s of volunteers nationwide striving to rescue a generation of America’s boys.
